BEFORE YOU BOOK …

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Appointments changed within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE AN IN-PERSON CONSULTATION TO DETERMINE THE BEST METHOD AND MAINTENANCE PLAN. A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS.
